Lazy Week is Over

Last week was bad.  Actually it was good…it was a lot of fun, but it wasn’t good for my training.  I only ran once and only played football twice.  This week, I’m getting back on the grind.  Not that I mind though.  I’ve been really enjoying my workouts and seeing seeing some progress.

I think the best thing to do is start a schedule.  So for this week, here goes:

Sunday:  Hurling workout (√)

Monday:  Arms and chest workout

Tuesday:  Football drills

Wednesday:  Leg workout/cardio

Thursday: Football Drills

Friday:  Arms and chest workout/football drills

Saturday:  Leg workout/cardio/football drills
